Why has Margarito turned into a s**t talker, since the Cotto fight?

Well if he should have fought him it should have happened.Don't see how it can happen now though with Clottey or DLH or Williams fights going on

Make an escape from what?!, I know that Margarito will make that move for money, he made it a few years ago against Santos for peanuts though and doesn't want to do it again, WHY?

The DLH fight is a money fight alright and avenging a loss isn't important all of a sudden?

The discussion here is Margarito, I never saw shitload of threads about the rest of the guys you mention clearly for an "escape" being called "Legendary gladiators" who "the world fears" and "Who will fight for free if legacy is on the line" as he's promoted. That's my issue here, yet he has five losses with zero attempts to avenge any.

Should be fighting PBF?, based on doing what exactly at the time in the division?, was he the lineal champion?, any major wins in his record?

Now is out of the question, my posts about that fight are before Margarito's name became huge after his recent major victory. Now there's definitely far more important stuff to look into and a possible rematch with Santos isn't out of the question either.

Thats correct, I dont disagree that these fights should happen they should but as of right now he has earned the right to eat some ****ing food.
especially when you consider what he took in that fight with Cotto, anyhow, a Santos fight should wait, Williams should get his first, but right now it looks like De La Hoya is going to fight Williams or atleast they are in discussions so obviously if that fight takes place we will see what happens down the road between Tony and Paul.
However that fight should happen first, then he can move up and fight Santos which I think he should but there should be something in the contract that does not allow Daniel to pack on as much weight as he did in their second fight.
at 154 Santos Margarito should happen and probably will IMO, who knows this all may just get ****ed up if DLH and Williams fight, I mean Williams Margarito might end up waiting until both are at 154 as well who knows right now, DLH is playing the ***** card in all of this but my hats off to him if he fights paul.
imagine if DLH beat that man you can kiss pauls ass back down to ESPN.

    Nor in Mexico. ;)
Hopefully, though I don't see Puerto Rico being a major issue in that fight.

    Make an escape on what???

You are being owned again . . . just incase . . . you don'r realized what going on. :D :deal

Avenging? . . . it's only you who keeps mentioning 'avenging that loss" for legacy. I'll say it again . . . If Marg can give his legacy a bigger boost by unifying at 147 . . . not important? Of course it is . . but the money fight with DLH is one time opportunity . . . the avenging for legacy can wait. :deal

You guys??? I'm not part of any group who HYPEs Margo . . . I'm simply bitchslapping desperate haters. :deal

Yeah . . fighting PBF based on what?????

Another pathetic . . . line of reasoning. If PBF could fight a struggling Hatton at 147 . . . why would he not fight a guy who has just won a 147 belt and have been calling him out. :deal

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

Pretty fair assessment that I can safely agree with, now it's time to wait and see. If Paul wins the DLH fight this would make a fight with Margarito even bigger than it could be right now, noth guys coming off major wins. I know for hardcore fans a win over DLH won't be looked at as huge but in general it will boost Williams' name big-time. It's just wait and hope for us now.

That's the same question I directed at you when claimed I'm escaping something, what are we escaping exactly?, text from usernames on a forum? :nut

Oh NO, I am being owned!

Answer my questions properly man, first you say moving up for Santos is a waste of time when Margarito is dominating 147, then I remind you that he publicly said he will move up for DLH and you bring Waldimir Klitschko/Manny Pacquiao/Barrera/Morales and nearly all active and inactive fighters into the discussion. Owning who?

Sadly he's not promoted as that, he's promoted as "legacy first" and I'm questioning that as his hardcore fans keep saying that's what he is all about in every single post. :good

A fight with Hatton was a fight asked for and demanded by the boxing public since Floyd beat Gatti and Hatton beat Tszyu, it was a MUST for boxing and a fight the public constantly demanded and called for, that's why it happened. You never answered me, what has Margarito really done at that point in his division to be looked at as a serious opponent apart from "Legacy first, a true warrior's mentality!" hype?
