Manny won that bogus 154 title long before Floyd ever did, yet he never really faced any real 154 fighters

it was basically expected of Floyd to move up and fight Canelo and once he did it was expected of him to move up and face GGG

on the flipside Canelo has fought just about everybody near his weight EXCEPT for Manny

style wise it would seem to make for a fantastic fight....

why has the boxing public never demanded this fight?

Because GGG needs a payday & for some reason it's Alvarez that has to feed him.

Because black fighters are the only ones that have to prove themselves great. Every other group is great until they lose to a Black fighter, then they are bums.

Has anyone ever noticed that? Lomachencko was considered great out the gate but to some Rigondeaux still has to prove himself. Stuff like that is real in the mind of a supremacists.

I really thought that a Pac Canelo fight would be awesome. Even right now. And I think Pac would be able to pull off the victory too.

The great Broner was great despite having two gift wins before the Argentine caveman derailed his greatness.

Pretty sure after Manny fought at 154 he realized that was just a step too far up in weight for him. He won, but took some real damage.

Did you just say Manny was close to Canelo's weight?

Yeah even when he fought Margarito, the most he could balloon up too on fight night was like 148. Against Canelo coming in at 175+ would be stupid.

You know damn well that no one has ever called Broner great. He doesn't even call himself that so stop it. There is a cult of European ****riding going on between here, boxing scence, and youtube.

I don't hate it but if I say a Black fighter is good 5 or 6 pale faces gang up on me to say how "insert non black fighter here" will beat his ass. Then the fight happens "insert non black fighter here" loses and he is instantly fallen from grace.

it makes him a titlist in the same division...
why talk the talk if you cant walk the walk

floyd never claimed to be sh!t at 154, he just moved up in weight and faced the champ

Manny had some handpicked fight made so he could be gift wrapped a phony title and the so called boxing public ate it up

That's why lineal titles exist. Guess who has more of those than anyone else in history at 5?
