Why hasn't Haye fought Fury?

Seriously??? First there is no way Fury would fight him second there is no way Fury would survive more than 5 rounds against Haye:good

 

Fury has called out Haye many times and Haye said he would be "on vacation."

Haye already said he would only fight Vitali.

Since when has Haye ever stayed active.

Haye is barely a fighter anymore or do you guys not pay attention?
