Actually Toney came up heavier for the Peter rematch.

It is too bad you come from the place that gave to the world Nightwish, Apocalyptica, Sonata Arctica, Stratovarius, Tarot, etc.

I agree that Toney won the first fight. However, he was completely outboxed in the rematch.

it's a well-known fact based on what source? Where does the 'fact' $1 million come from? Toney denies it. We can not know for sure. If Toney was indeed offered a fight, then I think it was with Vitali Klitschko.
