And lets say a Manny fight nets Top Rank $35 Million, no matter who he fights and pre splits.

So to get Top Rank that kind of money Manny would need to fill up the stadium at a ticket rate of about $700 USD. Now that would be lower with television rights, but you are not getting $500 a ticket out of there.
