Why hasn't Pacquiao just went ahead and implemented blood testing in recent fights?

For the same reasons why every other fighter in boxing except Valeroweather dont do it.

Cause they dont have to :deal

 

I've done a couple of threads on this. It would be a great opportunity to get used to the blood-testing he will have to go through if/when fighting Mayweather.

 

That would just be crazy giving that he did not want to take them.

Why on earth would he do that?

 

it would have been the ultimate smack in the face to floyd, and i have to say, even as a floyd fan, it would have been funny as hell

Mosley took the test cause he was desperate for money.

In his next fight against Mora he was back to regular testing.

 

Were Pacquiao to lose if/when the fight happens, I just hope he doesn't use the blood testing as an excuse.

 

To be honest, I think they both would rather not fight each other. It means more to the fans than it does to them.

 

even floyd said that pacquiao agreed to the drug testing but he doesn't have the urge why can't you guys move on about pacquiao taking the test he agreed and your idol does not have the urge.. go find mayweather jr.'s balls so the fight with pacquiao will be signed..
