Why hasn't Pacquiao just went ahead and implemented blood testing in recent fights?

If it is creating a roadblock, i agree slightly but it isnt without reason.

Why wont pacmn actually take the tests instead of just stating he is agreeing so he can say i have agreed now fight me no where to run etc.

Floyd is taking these tests too. they do not weaken you mate.

Seriously...Khan vs. Maidana. No one expected Khan to fight a hard puncher. Alexander vs. Bradley? These four of the best Jr. Welter's facing off in the same month! And then throw Ortiz into the mix...despite the whole ordeal with the Maidana fight, he could be a real game changer. And this is just the Jr. Welterweight division.

Those guys are really stepping up. Let's hope there is no delay in the winners fighting each other also.

If he feels it weakens him why does he have to do it, 7 days is fair enough and good for testing.
Think about it nobody said anything about pacquiao on steroids before camp mayweather brought it in to the world.
Floyd thinks pac is easy to beat as do must of his fans, just another ricky hatton like win. The fight would seal his ATG status, make him the best fighter of our generation and gethim more money then he ever got for a fight.
Yet he doesnt fight him, steroids weren't the thing anymore it was vacation and no urge, after all the **** he got for that he is back to steroids again.
I think he see's something in pacquiao that is a threat to his 0.
It is very sad that he does not have enough confidence in himself, because most will still predict, floyd win ud, thats how it is.

the thing is, floyd has not exactly come out to say the reason he's not taking the fight is because pac wouldn't agree to full random blood testing. he just didn't say anything and freely went on vacation. now negotations third time around will commence. if pac's team clearly states that they insist on a cut off date and floyd cites this as not acceptable, then that's the time we be definitive in our accusations if the fight does not push through. you have seem to be very adamant with your views when we all are just generally speculating for both sides.

Heb doesnt need to, pacmans rep on 24/7 stated they only agreed up until 7 days before the fight.

after floyd beat shane he clearly stated random tests up until the fight and its on.

besides iffloyd actually made a press conference to address this it is not something we dont already know, similar to the credit crunch why repeat stuff that most people already know.

    1) it is not required by the boxing commission
    2) it is a costly setup - why pay for it when it is not required anyhow?
    3) boxing commission performs testings what is deemed neccessary
    4) play into silly concession/blame game by Mayweather

Exactly why does Pacquiao have to go out of his way to prove a loose allegation from the Mayweathers?
I dont doubt he is clean - there is no evidence that proves he's taking any type of PED's, ONLY others' personal speculation treated AS EVIDENCE. Until factual evidence is procured, i will consider him clean.

If you buy into anyone's accusations as truth, thats YOUR problem. The only one's who buy into these accusations as truth are the true suckers in this manipulation.

And why exactly was he under suspicion of PED use? Wasn't it the Mayweathers who first concocted these accusations because they couldn't actually accept someone was accomplishing things better than li'l Floyd?

Does it take a genius to realize Pacquiao implementing these drug testing schemes hatched exactly to discredit him, just gives credence to the Mayweathers' dishonorable statements?

yeah... its the same ol' stuff we've been covering

What Mayweather **** talks, he does differently.....
His walk never matches his talk

He talked all kinds of **** about whipping Pacquiao so easily in his videos...
So..... why so worried about having extra tests done if he's easy to whoop in the first place? That makes no sense at all...

If pac's so dang easy money, how come he couldnt make this fight?
He might be hoping that Pac slows down from getting banged up by oversized welterweights.... Pac's only proved he can take a punch from literally lt. middleweights... There's gotta be no way for him to KO Pacquiao and he knows he cant control or outwork Pacquiao for a decision either...
