Why hasn't Pacquiao moved away from Arum/Top Rank

I dont know why..they are a horrible team though...they are always lying to the media about what they would actually accept..they also lie through their teeth to make other fighters look bad..

If i were pac i would mos def get rid of arum..cant get rid of roach cuz roach is the brains on what to do...but arum..lmfao..the guy was caught making false statements to the media when the first pac-mayweather negotiations were held

24/7 when roach comes up to pac during his convo with a politician and manny brushes him aside and continues his convo with the politician

 

You do know that if he got rid of arum his fans wouldn't be able to defend him by blaming arum for fights not happening? Arum acts as a crutch for the accountability that should belong to emmanuel.

 

I doubt it's that easy to just up and leave Arum in the dust. There's no way that Arum has Pac without some kind of contract that penalizes Pacquiao if he leaves Arum.

 

hows that make them a horrible team? as long as arum isn't lying to pac and screwing him over they're fine.

 

Well...he initially signed with Arum....then when Golden boy came through Don King style with a "fist full of dollars" Manny signed with Gloden boy but ultimately honored his original contract with Top Rank.

PAC is loyal by nature. He may have had some infidelities but as a man I do understand. Most mens Achilles heel are women. But he didn't have to stay with Bob...he could have gotten out of his contract easily and when his original contract was up he could have moved on. Same with Roach...he could have gotten ANY other trainer including Floyd Sr or Roger to train him. He's committed to the team he's built his career around and that is easily proven by just looking at the situation from the outside. Not sure aobut PAC treating Roach like ****. The way Floyd treated his Daddy would be what I consider the "**** treatment".

 

Right.....obviously you could tell that PAC wanted things his way and in front of a very high level official it wasn't exactly a good look when his trainer pulled the "my way or the highway" treatment.

At the end of the day Manny rightfully has a big ego. Most champions do. But Roach is no nonsense. Manny even though upset, listend and respected Roaches "demand" and he got on the plane and came back to LA to finish his training.....even though he didn't want to.

pac gets into a lot of trouble because face it, he ain't the brightest kid out there. but when put on the line, pac always tries to amend his wrong however stupid he looks after.
