Why hasn't the WBC ordered Garcia/Porter yet?

    like wtf are they waiting for? Both guys are 1 and 2; and have no fights lined up. Plus it eliminates one mandatory if Garcia/Porter fight each other. It's obvious that Thurman won't be fighting anytime soon. So what's the hold up?

    They applied for an approval through Haymon Protection Services and are still waiting to hear back.
