Why have 'The Best' stopped wanting to fight the best??

Ive been saying this for years Floyd & his HELP! have been the reason boxing as a sport is at an all time low.
Every "fight" he had was always that his opponent had to knock him out 3 times to lose by split decision.
I've tried, but honestly cannot remember a fight he had where there was a 100% fair boxing match between 2 evenly matched competitors & the legitimate best man on the night getting the win. Some of the judges scorecards are nothing short of ridiculous, but do the Commissions care? Heck no . As long as they're making $$$$$$$$$$$ & getting their cut anything goes

 

Canelo does not deserve to be on that list ,all he is is a carbon copy of Floyd . In other words a manufactured champion. The only difference is Canelo can fight if he wants to but, why should he when he can go on with his protected shield
