Why haven't Beterbiev and Bivol fought each other?

Bob Arum. Look at how many fights have been made in the last decade once he was out of the picture.

Smith is tall, long and can jab and move at a good range, technically sound and i feel his frame is much more suited to 175, he seems to be more powerful at that weight also. Beterbiev is 38, had a very tough fight v Yarde who is not on the level of Smith and was put down by Callum Johnson a few years ago, i feel he is there for the taking. Smith KO7.

As UniversalPart noted earlier in the thread, although Smith has those natural attributes, he tends to give them up and not utilise them fully. While he has looked better and stronger at 175, I can't see how he beats Beterbiev unless he boxes tall and long, and keeps Artur at range - but that doesn't seem to be in Smith's locker.

    Beterbiev KO 9/10
