Why haven't the WBO handed Burns the official title yet?

    His next bout is billed as an interim fight on boxrec.

    JMM is still "super champ" but Burns holds the full title.

    If they're anything like the WBA it may be a couple years until they update their own records.
     
  6. They'll want Marquez to come back down to 135.

    Until he fights for a 140 title he'll be ''champ'' at 135.... should he decide to come back down they won't want to miss out on a cut of a multi-million dollar purse.

    and George Groves next fight vs Kenny Anderson is billed as being just for the British title on boxrec, but I'm sure that will change to British & Commonwealth titles by the time the fight is over.

    Boxrec as good as it can be at times isn't always up to date.
