You do know Zab Judah was formerly the undisputed WW champ, right?

tom hauser wrote pieces shittin on hbo's old guard and talking about how ross greenburg and kerry davis were bad for boxing because they were giving gbp and al haymon dates for fighters that weren't developed "the old fashioned way" and they were overpaying for those fights...blah,blah,blah....

just about every toprank shill beat the drums for the same **** and called for greenburg and davis' heads. they sited hbo turning down mosley/pac as the reason these guys were out of touch and didn't understand what it took when in fact they called that right. it was a bull**** fight. but that didn't stop the hbo brass from listening to the shills and firing greenburg. next thing u know....gbp and haymon don't get many dates at hbo...so arum has more slots now. gbp and haymon take their fights to showtime and now showtime is kicking hbo's ass mercilessly.

serves them right for listening to the wrong ppl. meanwhile...thomas hauser now works for toprank.

arum can continue to "develop" his draws...and hbo can let him put on his showcase bouts. all that matters is that on showtime...we're getting great fights. :)

so does it come as a surprise to me that hbo rejected zab/peterson? no. that's going to be a helluva a fight that i'm sure showtime will pick up and that will make it much more enjoyable for me because i won't have to listen to the hacks at hbo spin their usual bull****.

oh yeah...sidenote...gesta is whack. he won't be around for long. bob can't protect him forever.

    tl;dr

Drug cheat vs a notorious mental midget quitter, Showtime can have it. Or like the guy above said, BET should air it.

if zab was a quitter....he wouldn't be in the position he's in today.

    peterson isn't a drug cheat.

he passes to random tests but fails the known test?

then on top of that...he was prescribed trt by his doctor for low testosterone levels. he would have been suspended for cheating. he hasn't been suspended...and he hasn't been stripped.

There's pills out there that trannies take to lower their testosterone so they appear more feminine....so it's perfectly fine for a boxer to take these and then take a **** tone of steroids to make up for it?

I don't give a damn about either one of these fighters to be honest. But if I had to take a guess... money.

Yes, it could be a very good fight and its unfair why HBO doesn’t televise this bout. Some says it has something to do with Peterson's licensing with the NSAC as well as the controversy and taint surrounding Peterson’s positive test for synthetic testosterone. However, if Peterson is able to get his boxing license then I don’t see any reason why HBO wouldn’t show his fight because it will be a great fight.
