Someone needs to get rid of this guy! Valuev is the most boring champion in probably the last decade, maybe even more!

It also when you think about it makes cents! Valuev-Haye would be in Germany or some other German country like Switzerland or Austria, who im sure themselves are sick of seeing Valuev fight from the gifts he's gotten there! So they think, lets go to the next Valuev fight, thinking Haye would be a first good legitimate challange for him, hoping that he gets knocked out. After Haye dispatches Valuev, The Austrian/German/Swiss communey right then would be thinking "AUS!, Lets put him with Klit!" All these new German/W.e fans would now than and there very interested in a fight with Klit. Thus more fans, more ticket sales and more money, being Haye actually did somthing WORTHILE to deserve his shot vs the Klits.

Also, Valuev is a freak show, thats pretty much why he gets his tickets sales from, his size. Noone comes to see him fight, lol you guys serious?

Haye goes there, knocks the Valuev out Tomasz Bonin style,(cause thats how i see the fight going), makes a few fans and put that **** in the Munich Soccer Stadium or some **** and you will get more people for sure. You'll see the public saying David "The Valuev Killer" Haye.

I also find it funny how Wlad took Valuevs opponent (Chagaev) and Valuev took Wlads opponent after he did that (Haye)

Haye will never fight Valuev. He'll run his mouth until just before the fight and then pull out. It's what he does.

He probably really wants to fight Valuev, but with the WBA and Don King you never know.

Also, I don't think it is guaranteed that Haye wins. Sure, Valuev looked horrible in several of his recent fights, mostly due to lazyness in the ring. When he was motivated, he was actually OK, his win over Liakhovich probably beats Haye's best wins. Haye should win because of his vastly superior talent, but he fought only twice since November 2007. His last fight didn't show any improvement, he seemed really over - excited. Lewis lost to Rahman when he wasn't focused, Wlad lost to Sanders when he was too busy promoting himself, Tyson lost to Douglas when he forgot to make boxing his priority. Haye's focus has been business, self - promotion, money, at a stage in his career where he should focus on developing as a fighter. Valuev may not be the guy to take advantage of it, but stranger things have happened.

I don't have a problem with this fight because the loser is finished. If Haye can't beat Valuev then he needs to retire.

Good points, but Im not sold on Valuev.

Lyakovich was ruined by Briggs. He came in a career high weight and had man tits. But yes Valuev is more accomplished Heavy, but come on Haye is no shot Holy, Ruiz and fat Lyakohvich... Hes certainly faster than all them(although his speed is overrated but it still is)

I just see Haye comming out like he did with Bonin. GO in there and use your speed and move around the much bigger and slower man and land his power shots.

BTW I think Valuevs chin is still a bit untested.. I mean its good from what I've seen but Hayes power > Ruiz's, Lyakochvic, Holyfeilds,Larry Donalds for damn sure.

    Valuev is going down, lol.

Ruiz was the most boring champion ever. Haye will probably pull out of his fight with Valuev due to a nosebleed or maybe a chipped finger nail. I was excited about Haye until I realized that he was deathly afraid of both Klitschkos.

Good counterpoints. I am not sold on Valuev, but I did see a sloppy, nervous Haye against Barrett. I don't know how Haye reacts mentally to being in the ring with such a monster. All the fighters that looked good against Valuev, Chag, Ruiz, Donald, Grandpa Holyfield, had proven HW chins. Haye doesn't. Something people forget about Valuev - Holyfield is that Valuev had Holy on the ropes and in trouble twice in the late rounds. Would Haye withstand that? I am not sold on that either...

True... that could happen. I mean I dont like Valuev, but the guy isnt a complete scrub.

Barret at least is a faster heavy with decent power so thats why he was kept competitive at times.

Im not saying Barret is some Ali but its a a solid win. Yea id say maybe Valuev did a good number on Barrett too, probably just as good as Haye, but Barret looked completely lost in there. Haye needs to go in guns blazing from round one like he did to the much bigger Tomasz Bonin.

Even though im a Haye fan, his power is vastly overated and no way will he KO Valuev like Bonin. The best we can hope for is a methodical breaking down of the giant resulting in a TKO. I'd love to see him KO Valuev but leverage is going to be a big issue I think

I think when these two fight, you will see Valuev get outboxed and even rocked early. I watched my tape of Barret/Valuev, Barret was just missing Valuev's chin with that overhand right, and Valuev is wide open for it. Haye is about 2-3 inches bigger, and has alot more power than Monte. If Haye throws the "Hayemaker" it will land, watch for it early in this fight.
