    There isn't any criteria for ranking joe over hopkins.

    And there is no way joe can be called a world champion for 11 years. When he fought eubank neither, that's right, neither fighter was in the top ten of the world. How the hell can that decide a world champion?

    Joe won the vacant world championship off kessler and never defended it.

    He's atm the greatest smw in history but he's clinging on to that title by a thread as it stands.
