    cause the ATG's are spanning 9 decades and Mayweather and Pac are spanning 1. Plus boxing was more popular and had more participants in older days who fought much more often.....the talent pool was much deeper than today as boxing was the most popular sport at one point. But yeah it's only natural that 90 years produces much more talent than the last 10 years.
