Mayweather going 50-0 in itself isn't a big deal, the big deal is all that's come with it.

P4P top 10 since 98", 5 weight world Champ, 4 weight Lineal Champ,Undisputed WW Champ, most champions beaten all time, beat the #1 fighter and real Champ in 4/5 for his title's all while remaining unbeaten.

floyd didn't beat 49 ray leonards or durans or anyone that can be compared to them so it isn't impressive at all if you ask me

If it was that easy everyone would do it. It is impressive to suggest otherwise is pure hate.

Not everyone is afforded the luxury to cherry-pick like fighters such as Mayweather, De La Hoya, Leonard, Duran, Pacquiao who can command who they fight...

...some fighters continue to challenege the very best despite their power to carefully select opponents, others explout that power and cherry-pick their way into retirement.

A fighter is better gauged on quality over quantity.

there have been numerous fighters who have gotten passed 49 fights without losing, there are fighters who have done that more than once in their career: a la greb, robinson, pep etc. floyd's record isn't impressive at all buddy

Oscar was done at 34 and pbf didn't have control of his career when he was with top rank so just stop it. You're still bitter. Admit pbf is the best fighter of this era and move on.

Floyd is the best of this era, it's obvious. This Era is the weakest of the last 40 years.

Those are different eras the game is different now you're not going to see a guy with 80 or more fights on his resume. Most top fighters fight 2 to 3 times a year. Pbfs record is impressive and like I said before if it was that easy everyone would do it.:deal you can't refute my point pbf has had over 20 world title fights he's not fighting bums here. He's fighting top ranked guys or title holders.

yes he's fighting top ranked guys but this era is pretty weak compared to past eras so i don't think his record is impressive. he never fought wright, forest, margarito, williams, and tsyu. those were some very good fighters who would have given floyd a good fight because they were bad style matchups for him. he only fights guys who he knows he can adapt to. canelo is like 23 and he already almost has more fights than floyd lol. in terms of title fight wins, i can see canelo surpassing him just based on his age and pace. look at roman gonzales.
