he would destroy pavlik, who is the most over rated world champion in the last 10 years liek his defences were against world class opposition, and when he did fight someone at world class he got beat
Looking at your avatar one can tell you're as biased as ****. You never watched any other fights of AA have you?
it was sarcasm my friend. what dirrell did on that gif was dirty as hell. and the difference is that andre's opponent was really hurt and wasn't acting unlike the abraham fight where he may well have acted it out..
Yeah I´m with you there. I don´t **** on a fighter who loses a bout after giving all he has. That showed he is willing to get in to the ring with a dangerous opponent. I hope you right on that . The way he acted after his disqualification. I hope he realized he has some work to do. Well he stated he watched the fight about 20 times, hopefully he learns the right lessons. AA is often criticized for claiming to many low blows. But if you watch the replays, it turns out many of those a indeed low. I think it is because of the way he covers up, he deflects some punches right towards his balls. :yep So what do you say 1. That´s his problem, for covering up this way. 2. Low blow is low blow and he ´s right to complain 3. They aren´t really low. He´s complaining because he is a wimp.
AA surely has his flaws and i hope his camp realizes that they can't solely rely on knocking out all his opponents. adjustments need to be made. let's see if AA bounces back alright..
I agree with the OP. If you look at my posts prior to the Dirrell fight, I picked Dirrell to win comfortably. The thing with AA is that he's not going to win many fights outside of Germany unless he gets the KO. A fighter with good footwork and decent stamina is always going to cause him problems. AA's workrate is extemely poor, especially in the first half of the fight. I think he can be easily out worked. Added to this is the fact that he's often a stationary target and not hard to find. Nonetheless, I have to concede that he had a great chin and great power in both hands and is liable to knock out anyone in the 168lb division at any stage during a fight. I guess that's what makes him so dangerous. However, power alone does not win you fights against the truely elite fighters out there.
Is the section in bold in reference to Miranda I? If so, (which is pretty much my reaction to this thread anyway).
idiotic post, he should still be favourite to win the tournament imo. are you forgetting that he stepped up to fight in this tournament and not only beat but retired taylor. he is always up for a fight, and toe-to-toe, there isnt anyone around that can beat him imo. reckon froch is getting knocked out when they fight.
