Pryor should be rated highly because of his unique ability and toughness esp at Jr.welter ( I haven't seen the Jr.welter yet that I would pick against him convincingly) He does have 2 ATG heads on his resume. And Arguello wasn't thought of being past prime until he lost to Pryor. Prior to that fight, most thought he would anialate Pryor, that's why I think most get so caught up in the magic bottle theory, most don't want to believe Pryor was just a better Jr.welter. But if you actually watch the fight without blinders, you see a far different and disciplined Pryor than all of his championship fights with exception of Cervantes. That fight demonstrates the full capability of Pryor when he respected his opponents. He knew he couldn't be as reckless as he was with Kameda, thus he wasn't knocked down once with one of the premier punchers in history at feather, light, and Jr welterweights. Pryor wouldn't have been. A great welter. Some lightweight champs like Duran probably would've been to much for him. But at Jr welter, the best I've seen. To bad Cocaine shorted out his career.
