The dude claims he's boxed since he was 5 years old or something but he looks like a physical wreck. If you've been training pretty much your entire life, shouldn't your body be athletic looking or at least decent looking?

Because he eats more calories than he burns. That was a stupid question.

I guess he's eating too many carbs. No matter how much exercise you do, if you eat too many carbs you will be fat.

Lifetime supply of Taco Bell I heard, paid by Al Haymon. Specially delivered by the bomb squad, for the blobs good deed, in ridding the division of that prima donna bodybuilder.

The guy trains very hard, but obviously has a food addiction.

He's actually one of the luckiest athletes alive - he pretty much eats what he wants and it doesn't affect his abilities or endurance whatsoever.

    calories*

you could eat nothing but carbs and lose fat, as long as you are burning more calories than you are taking in.

Spot on, this guy knows **** all. It's about calorie intake. It just so happens that carbs are high calorie often.

I think to even begin to understand what an insatiable pig Ruiz must be, all you have to do is be around his height or live with a male around that height. Even inactive males around that height can eat quite a bit without becoming blobs. Active guys around that height need to eat a hell of a lot to become blobs. A pro sportsman who trains for many hours a week has to eat an incredible amount to even stay fat let alone stay a BLOB. This guy Ruiz is the greatest pig ever seen in boxing. He had basically two camps back to back leading up to Joshua and still came in over 250lbs as a 6'0 tops man. It's amazing. Consider some of the fattest pigs out of camp like Fury, Hatton, Parker, when they train they struggle to retain their obesity. Ruiz can put on weight in camp. His internal organs must have the wear and tear of an 80 year old man from processing his pig fodder 24/7.

How do you know? Just because you can perform well while fat doesn't mean you wouldn't be better not fat.
