Unfortunately this is further from the truth than you know. Most of the people PAC faces are in some shape or form 'inferior" as was the case with Floyd. Due to their Talent level which is really unmatched out ther in todays era of boxing it's hard to find fighters who are on thier level. This is why PAC and FLoyd moved up in wieght...to find and secure challengers that presented more difficulties in one way or the other. PAC's stock has done nothing but RISE!! ever since his Lebawa fight in his first US fight. And I thought it was PAC who walked away....can anyone confirm?

Pac was given a deadline. Take it as you will. If he wants to say he canceled it, that just makes more hate for him. So be it. Mr. Big **** walked away first.

How can you be honest about something you have no clue?

Unless you actually one of the people who Pacquaio has confided more in than Arum (eg. his boomaker, pimp, masseuse, shoe shiner or drug dealer)...

I'm not sure what is what with all the "BS" that has happened with this fight being "on, then off, ON, Then Back OFF and then ON agian" But regardless of the politics....the fight is seemingly off for good now and who ever stepped away its a shame. PAC had no "GOOD" reason to step away considering that Ricky bent over backwards to make the fight happen.....PAC was operating with his over inflated EGO causing him to be unreasonable with regard to the financial aspect! I know it wasn't the MONEY more so than PAC wanting what he felt he deserved being the "TOP MAN" in boxing at the present time. Which unfortunately he's thinking a bit TOO MUCH of himself IMO!

OK. I did an internet posting to a discussion board. 99.99% is close enough to 'everyone' in this case.

Arum should not badmouth Pac after agreeing to a 50/50 deal that his top fighter doesnt want. Arum should come back to Hatton, you know this 50/50 is not fair, this is my "Boy" Hes been making me alot of money. Instead of saying, we'll have to renegotiate (which is fair in business, try buying a home) He comes out yelling Pacs stupid. Hatton did everything, while Hatton went down to 52/48. What does this mean?? Hatton was willing to negotiate while Arum wont. :patsch

All Im saying is Arum is very wrong in these negotiations and yes Pac is greedy

Yes he is, but this thread is about Arum. Hatton has no legacy, that is true but he will make alot of money, so does Pac. If youre an agent for a guy (in any sports) you will demand the most for your client. Arum failed to do that because he could have gotten 52/48

According to Arum, the 50/50 split was agreed by everyone (including Pacquiao) before Christmas.

Not even Pacquiao's groupies appear to actually be contradicting this.
