Bob Arum doesn't give a **** about anybody but himself so that's why he's gone public with his feelings about Pacquiao.
Arum is probably pissed with Pacquiao as he would have made quite a tidy some for co-promoting this fight.
In fact i think everybody is pissed with Pacquiao right now including Freddie Roach who cant even get him to return his call's.

I am very surprised with this conduct from Pacquiao as he's always struck me as a humble guy in any interview I've seen, I think he's surrounded himself with complete dicks who don't really have his best interest's at heart and have turned his head.

    It's Really quite sad.

:good No matter what! You pay a "PROMOTER" to "PROMOTE" You..as the fighter! To go to bat for you and work in your favor no matter what! ARUM has a history of going to bat not in favor of the fighter moreso for himself as having a financial stake in putting on shows with fighters under his banner....PAC is no different to ARUM! PAC just has more balls to work against the grain.

This is obviously Pacquaio's fault. A 50/50 deal is fair and whether we believe Arum that it was agreed upon, Pac should take it. He's dumb asking for 60/40 -- he doesn't warrant it.

The fact that Roach has been cut out of the loop as well tells you all you need to know.

And Chimba, Pac's decline has already started. If he blows 15 months fighting Valeros, he may become noticeably diminished and then the overall pot for the fight shrinks dramatically.

Pacquiao needs to grow a brain, or at least hire someone who already has one.

Well....As a promoter you work "WITH" your fighter! ARUM did himself in by ASS-UMMING he could cohort PAC to agree to the terms he set up on PAC's behalf w/out conslutig PAC! DUMB move! PAC obiviously wanted call the shots which the promoter should know considering PAC's status in boxing. ARUM was working off of GREED instead of in the best interest of his star fighter.

Arum says Pac agreed on the 50/50. We really don't know.

All we can say from this vantage point is that 50/50 is fair and that the promoters on both sides did well by their clients. A 50/50 pot results in huge dollars for both fighters, and everyone wins.

No one wants a Hagler/Leonard situation. Leave the drama for inside the ring, and cut to the chase outside the ring. A 50/50 deal was warranted and is entirely fair to both men. Manny needs to take his head out of his ass.

PAC says otherwise which I believe. PAC seems to be rebelling...to say the least! I think he's making a statement to his promoter and everyone else that he thinks VERY HIGHLY of himself and DEMANDS are to be met that he puts out...not his promoter! His pomoter is there to facilitate PAC's Requests! Unfortunately that looks too true from PACs Actions of late. B/c if it were about MONEY! The money has always been there...If it were about getting a higher percentage...HATTON and his team aggreed! It's having to do more with ARUM/PAC and PAC vs his EGO.

50/50 was MORE than Fair considering the money UK PPV brings thanks to Hattons fan base! 52/48 was bending over backwards to feed PACs ego yet that still wasn't enough! Ricky has been more than accomodating in order to secure this fight. Unfortunately bad buisenss sense on PACs part and bad Business PRACTICES on behalf of PACs Promoter (ARUM) have made this a cluster ****!

Even if Pac said yeah yeah 50/50. He has the right to change his mind at any time. This is not the GBP fiasco where he actually signed. I believe the UK PPV did it for Arum. This is far complicated than what we are hearing so far. Maybe Pac just wants 60/40 of the guaranteed purse for all we know.

What evidence have you got that Hatton or his team actually agreed to a 52/48 split. The only reference I have seen to this is either on a Pinoy media website or on here.

Because he knows he made a mistake by agreeing on 50/50 without consulting Pac. He wants to save face and just let the ignorant people who doesnt even know what happened, blame it on Pac. Wise move if you ask me. Arum cant be trusted.
