hes far from the best, hes great at spoiling though but to be fair hes had a long and great career and is still as good as any(kovalev exception)out there
id still fancy him to beat cloud(again)stevenson, pascal, cleverley etc.
hes found a style whats worked for 20 years why change now?good look to the guy.
ps.calzaghe still beat his arse on his home turf:p

I didn't say he's the best. I just said he's an amazing fighter, which he is. He's also a huge inspiration to anyone who might think it's too late to do anything. Most 48 year old men are people with back problems, diabetes, obesity etc. Bernard Hopkins shows that at 48 years, that NOT ONLY can you be in great shape and be full of energy (numerous examples outside hopkins) BUT you can can also compete at a very high lvl in sports.

Hopkins is literally the only late 40's man who is still at a very high lvl in professional sports. That's huge.

Bernard lost to Calzaghe because Cal had the volume-punching style to beat him, no shame in that.

Nard is a legend and knows his boxing. He can show up wherever he wants.

He is a super g, he is g++.

He is what FMJ wishes he was.

You have the right name Sonny lol

Bernard DID beat Calzaghe but 2 judges robbed him of it. How on earth can Calzaghe win a fight when he cannot even throw a legitimate scoring punch ???? He slaps like a girl which is ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!

Why any promotional company would want that cancer associated with them is beyond me. I suppose boxing is more about shock value and attracting the simple minded!

Let's agree to disagree. I think Hopkins has had a good career, just for me he's overrated. Enjoy the fights.
