Why is Berto favorited in a rematch with Ortiz?

Ortiz is already too accustomed to losing and pretty nonchalant about it. "I wanna talk good." With big smile, "I guess you gotta defend yourself at all times." He doesn't have the warrior mentality. He is in it for the money. He will be like Cintron and do OK if not pushed too hard. Sorry, I just don't see it any other way until he proves me wrong but I don't look for that to happen. He just got a big paycheck and that probably killed his motivation for this fight.
