Why is BHOP so petrified of Chad Dawson?

    I can picture BHOP literally shaking in his boots at the mention of Chad's name. If BHOP was eating some soup and someone mentioned Chad's name, Bernard would probably start shaking and drop his spoon into the soup and splash broth all over himself. Seriously, Hopkins ducking Chad and targeting Adamek reflects very poorly on his toughness.

    Dawson's speed. IMO. I wouldn't say he's petrified though. BHOP is tough, but at this stage of the game, he needs to pick his opponents wisely.

    two things
    A) Chad who?

    B) bad style match up. u remember how tough jt was for an old b hop. well imagine a bigger, faster, smarter, harder hitting jt. and lets factor in that hopkins has aged quite a bit sense then.

    far as im concerned the man is a ****in legend and has proved himself his whole career. if he wants the money fights now, i say more power to him. he deserves it.

    Yes it is. I just wanted to see how people would respond if JC name was changed for BHOP to look for any hypocrisy in certain posters attitudes.

    Hopkins is petrified because his whole game depends on the booing of the hostile crowd. But Chad Dawson only has 4 fans, and that includes the cab driver who brings the other 3 to the venue.

    I agree that Chad has no significant fan base but I never even believed that Floyed Mayweather had many true fans. I think this is indicative of a modern day problem for talented Black-American boxers to appeal to their own nation.

    I read some people saying that BHOP vs Adamaek would be a big fight iin the USA because all the Polish fans would pack the stadium. Why can't BHOP or Dawson pack a 30000 plus boxing arena in their own country?

    I don't think BHOP is petrified...I think he's just old and he wants the big fights...he also said that he wants the up and coming fighters to continue the sport...HE MAY NOT WANNA FIGHT DAWSON-BUT I DONT THINK HE IS PETRIFIED OR SCARED!

    B-Hop is clearly not afraid of anyone, the guy's picking the most dangerous fighter in a division where guys are 25 pounds heavier to go out as a 3 division champ.

    One . . . Bhops has few fights left and is just looking for big money fights.

    Figthing Adamek . . . he has a chance to get another belt at another weight class which would bolster his claim to an ATG status. Dawson is a young dangerous fighter with less stature.

    Ratings at light heavyweight says:

    Bhops rated #1 in the world; #1 in USA
    Chad rated#2 in the world;#2 in USA

    Ratings at Cruiser weight

    Adamek rated #1 in the world; #1 in Poland

    . . . so if you're Bhop . . . who will you pick? :D

    Dont bother posting a logical response to him. He posted earlier on an account thats ALREADY banned the exact same post but replaced bhops name with calzaghe.

    He's just a Chad Dawson fanboy creating new accounts on here, whilst embarassing himself at the same time.
