Why is bob arum and manny pacquiao focusing on excuses instead of negotiations?

Manny is a bit busy training for an important fight than to respond to Mayweathers usual bull**** when its fight week, Bob is speaking for him like an idiot and doing everything he can along with Mayweather to not let the fight go ahead. Manny will fight anyone

The one thing Mayweather said I agreed with is Manny isn't his own boss, he has this fat **** speak for him and make him look bad to people like bballchump.

 

I think its because manny has a fight coming up in a week. But arum is a different story he doesnt have a fight, and is trying to win the PR battle before negotiations start which makes sense.

Arum has said they should contact them if they're serious. No one has contacted Arum. The last time Team pac tried to make the fight, Team May said no negotiations took place.
