Why is Bradley going through with a fight in which Marquez refused a full roids test?

While I agree with you that JMM should only be suspected, not charged at this point, I disagree that there is some highly suspect evidence in that fight.

JMM knocked Pac down EASILY on the 3rd round. Easily.
That shot hit Pac before too and no such KD happened.
Either Pac lost is iron of a chin, or JMM suddenly hit like Tyson and Duran.

The KO was simply perfect and shouldn't put much of suspicion.
The 3rd round KD however, now we're talking.

BTT, Bradley is fighting for money. Who isn't?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Arum offer Marquez an immediate rematch, only to have Marquez turn them down due to Marquez's demands? Then when it was all but apparent that Bradley would fight Marquez, Arum offered Bradley a rematch with Pacquiao, only to be turned down by Bradley as well?

Call me crazy but I don't believe Arum really cares if Marquez is on roids or not, he probably wants Marquez to win anyway since, Marquez vs Pacquiao 5, is a lot more lucrative than Bradley vs Pacquiao 2, so why would he push the issue.

Where's this contract that everyone keeps referencing? Bradley has gone on record saying that his contract stipulates both USADA and VADA testing, which doesn't make any sense, and Uncle Bob has advised that Bradley read his contract because it doesn't stipulate USADA/VADA testing, so which one is it?

/thread! I think its been established through the media that the contract did not stipulate what Bradley was stating.

Testing has started for both fighters paid for by Promoter Bob Arum.

Marquez did not refuse all roid tests as you claimed. He and Bradley are actually doing random blood testing through the NSAC.

NSAC didn't say they wouldn't sanction Bradley in Nevada if he didn't take the fight. They said they wouldn't sanction the fight itself if both guys didn't do blood testing with them. Hopefully this leads to the NSAC requiring blood tests for all future title fights.

I highly doubt it was ever in the contract for both fighters to do testing through USADA and VADA as Bradley claimed. USADA themselves said they wouldn't test a fighter if they were being tested by another organization, so that never would have happened. Marquez said he originally signed to do testing with USADA, but once the NSAC got involved, they both dropped USADA and are now doing random testing through them. Bradley said he's still doing VADA testing on the side, which is his right, but the fact of the matter is they're both being blood tested by NSAC already.

It's funny how all the JMM haters who accuse him of being on peds just cause he looked "big" are dismissing the pink elephant in the room. Has anyone looked at the size of Tim's head on their face to face video.

Dude, like I said, it is pretty ****ing obvious Bradley does PEDS. Obvious signs of HGH (like you said, his head). Guess what though, 90% of professional athletes do PEDS too. And no amount of roids/PEDS is going to help with power. I truly believe that comes natural born. His durability however, questions...

Marquez didn't want to be tested by the organization associated with Conte. He was fine with USADA and he's fine with the enhanced NSAC testing that Arum wanted all along regardless of Marquez and Bradley's preferences.

It probably won't since the only reason they're doing it for this one is because Bob is paying them extra.
