    Is he worried he gets battered worse than Vargas. Not a single response from Mayweather junior yet. Is he hiding under a rock?

    Benn got a British stoppage against Vargas. “Battered” is a bit much don’t you think?

    Broner isn’t relevant. Broner hasn’t been relevant for years. His last match, I refuse to call that a fight, was to pay off a lawsuit settlement.

    The real question you should be asking, in between laughing fits, is “Why is Benn calling out the sadness that is the corpse of Amir Khan’s or Adrien Broner’s career?”

    I'm English, the fkin hype over here for Benn has gotten ridiculous lately .. the podcasters, Sky etc are really slurping on him since that win… what's so special? What's the big deal? I don't get it.. I know we're looking for the next generation & good luck to the lad but there are better up & coming fighters here that don't get a look in.. Brit boxing talent has been (apart from a small few) pretty sh1t lately, & we do ourselves no favours for the future setting the bar so low by hyping fairly decent but far from anything special fighters like this up all the time

    Probably never seen Benn fight, most fellow boxers only watch PPV big nights etc. Benn is not known in the US at all.

    Because he's probably never heard of Benn, or his father quite frankly. Broner has never struck me as a historian of the sport. Hell, I'm not even sure he knows what's going on in the boxing scene in America, and I can almost guarantee he definitely has no idea what's happening in the UK.

    They should let Benn develop instead of rushing him into disaster. All this talk of Porter, Broner, Khan and Brook is ridiculous at this stage.
