I love how you all label us as haters because we question Lucian's level of opposition.

I think Lucian is a great individual and an asset to the sport of boxing, his left uppercut to the rib section is mesmerizing, one of the most beautiful punches in the sport today!

But with all that said, there are question marks that need to be answered, and I wouldn't hound anyone for putting him anywhere between 2-5, but at 1, or below 5.. you're out of your mind.

Just my two cents. Lucian will have to answer those questions by fighting a legitimate threat.

Dirrell or Froch sounds good.

 

Was just about to say, it's not Lucians fault he can't fight the best at this moment in time. But when the group stage is over for the super six, he's going to have either Froch or Dirrell, likely. I'd absolutely love for him to fight one of the two, perhaps even go to Europe and take on Froch in Nottingham and prove he's a real world champion.

This is kind of fight Bute need to get to the next level. Andre is quick, strong and skilled but his mind state is still a question mark for me.

 

+ the fact that Froch has got a good stiff jab, pressures his opponents effectively and despite looking ugly actually knows how to execute a gameplan. Miranda can't jab for **** and doesn't know how to take advantage of his reach, doesn't do anything consistently at a world level and can't execute a gameplan.

I think Bute will win over Froch, but not convincingly and certainly not by KO.

I believe Bute is in the top 5 or 6-but numero uno,no way.He will get his shot at a name after the super 6 is over(IF it ever ends!)

 

So true, the S6 tournament is one of the best thing in boxing but poorly scheduled.
