Why is Calzaghe not being heavily critized for blatently ducking Pavlik?

    I know man....

Just seeing what Dirrell did to Handshaw compared to what Roy did to him.

I mean Calzaghe is very open to the right hand.

Basically Roy would need to work massivly on his stamina. He would have to be able to fight a perfect fight for 7 rounds and have enough left in the tank not to get stopped late on due to exhaustion.

    Come on Roy.

Because Joe called him out and stated he wanted to fight him numerous times. And he has the nerve to say it is PAVLIK that doesn't want the fight? NO EXCUSE FOR THAT KIND OF ****!

I already kno the strategy Rj is gonna use.
Even though Calzghe may have the stamina over him at this point in his career. RJ i a very underratd body puncher, RJ is gonna block and g2 the body heavy in the 1st couple of rounds and I guarantee, athe 1000 punches per round is gonna get chopped down substantially, BHop didnt test calzaghes body enough and he dont have the power RJ get at 175, the fight is gonn start off just lik how the tito fight did, RJ covering up countering effectively, and RJ landed that str8 right hand at will. And if bhop was able to get in good shots against calzaghe, im sure rj can.
In th beg fight may look 1nsided but the bod shots is gonna catchup wit calzaghe and he will slow down just a bit for RJ to start getting rounds.

I have the utmost confidence in RJ to win man. Calzaghe has no pop at 175, If RJ can stay injury free in training camp im sure he will b fine

u know what, it would be more satisfying to see clazaghe get KTFO by roy than seeinig pavlik do it. picking on a past it over the hill fighter just to save that "0" and then end up on your ass by him is much more humilating.
    go roy :bbb

i never bet against ROy, he says his weight is stabilized now, and he is back in his right mind. SO I believe him. RJ wouldnt take this fight unless he knew he could beat him.

And if Calzaghe wins I would give him his props btw, im a fair man. If Calzaghe gets the W I will giv him his props 4 the W.
But im hopin RJ puts that 1 in front of the Lose column

lol mayb i can agree with that, but RJ has only been wron about winning 3 legitimte times, once was a dq, so bettin against RJ would probably b bad as well. hes won 52 out of 56 fights not bad if you were a betting man.:D

2 bums and an over the hill guy who put him on his ass beat him and did not get the decsion. A 43 yr old man FFS is his best win and its controversial he looked like absolute **** in that. The guy is the biggest fraud in all of sport.

Im a Calzaghe fan as well as a Pavlik fan. I just think that Calzaghe would beat Pavlik on points. I think he knows it and would rather beat an all time great. If he beats Pavlik no one will give him credit anyway. He was too green, untested, too small, blah, blah. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see that fight, but I can't really see Pavlik winning. Unless Joe gets old overnight...Pavlik should fight Abraham and clear out his division before moving up anyway. That's a fight that NEEDS to happen.
