Because the red headed Chuckie impersonator knows that gullible casual fans will plunk down big money for a mismatch. However, I am hoping that his cherry-pick blows up in his face and he gets embarrassed by Crawford.

    P.S.

By mismatch, I am referring to the size difference and not their skills.

I've a feeling this is going to be worse than SRL-Duran III.

A glorified sparring session. No one tries hard enough to hurt the other guy or get hurt in return. Just take the money and run.

We all do fantasy matchups that make no sense in reality.

I just think Turki took it a bit literally.

Because the arabs were going to save boxing?

To be fair, he's not the first to drag up a welter. Remember that time khan went up to fight for the MW title? I can't remember who that MW fighter was. Oh, wait, that was Canelo.

That's exactly right, we'll get a Jake Paul Mike Tyson show

Well, I was in attendance of Paul-Tyson and color me stupid but I'll probably see Craw-Canelo live as well. A fool and his money etc.

Crawford is a massive weight cutter. He’s clearly got a genetic gift for it. It’s known he’s walking around at 170+.

so it isn’t the mismatch in size it seems.

regardless, the answer is that Turki is paying both men a huge amount. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re getting 50mil+ each. Even if it were to be a dumb matchup, for THAT kind of money, they’re going to do it.

Hell I’d fight Canelo for that. I can make 168 getting off my couch. I’d get sparked in about 7 seconds, but whatever. Would be worth the money. lol.

Taylor-Serrano 2 was worth your money. Don’t think you need to feel bad about that. They rescued that night.

My two friends and I had a good time despite the main event. Lots of hot women to drool over, yes Serrano-Taylor was great.

It was the last boxing event I saw in Dallas before moving to Austin. I'm hoping Craw-Canelo happens in Dallas but looks like Vegas will be the location.

This is a perfect example of: “Say you don’t know how PED’s work without saying it”
