Why is Chagev called "white Tyson"

He is called the white tyson because alot of idiots are to blind to see he is more like the white danny williams.

 

It's so he can get a little residual fame out of using the Tyson name. I know it's lame, perhaps insane, and Chagaev is truly to blame.

 

Chagaev is nothing like Tyson. He can pop a little, but is still miles away from the prime Tyson, maybe he compares a little to the downhill Tyson.

If it was a prime Tyson yesterday, he would have put Skelton on his ass inside two rounds.

 

There were also a few articles in the UK media before the fight saying that it's not an appropriate nickname for Chagaev as he's a very smart and well-schooled fighter unlike Tyson. They were implying Tyson was nothing but a wild brawler atsch

No doubt written by some graduate reporter who has seen the recent Mayweather/Hatton & Calzaghe/Kessler fights & is suddenly a boxing expert & historian.

 

Adrian Diaconu is the closest thing to a white Tyson....watch and you'll agree....He's a LHW..Both are very short Diaconu being shorter at 5'9...Diaconu punches with violent ferocity as Tyson did however Diaconu is a bit more intelligent, has better stamina. better defense and for sake of comparison is probably more close to a big Kostya Tszyu than Tyson who was never really about timing and distance....However the feelings generated by Tyson and Diaconu are similar in that you feel sorry and afraid for their opponents..you may actually become scared yourself

 

I his first pro-fights while decapatating zombies' he maybe looked like it, but so does every decent pro who's fighting dead bodies.

I think he is named after the light welterweight Darryl Tyson.

He is far too poor to be named after Mike Tyson.
