Why is Cotto so respected? The guy only beaten bums, lost everytime he stepped up

    What's so special about Cotto's career? His win with Paulie Malinaggi and Zab Judah? He lost everytime he faced a live body. Let's get real, this guy is beyond overrated!

    Ya man. His biggest name win was a past his prime shane mosley and that fight went the distance. His other wins like Judah and Malignaggi were wins over b - fighters at best.

    He's a HOF, but not a ATG!
    Lost big fights in his career that would have elevated his status

    Martinez had one knee in that fight and Margarito had one eye. Both guys were shot. The fight with canelo was a cash out. Plus people said he dared to be great but he didn't bother daring to be great by not fighting golovkin when he was the champ.
