Why is D.Dubois rated above Usyk by the WBA?

I would strongly contest this statement... Beating Chisora is more of an achievement than Dubois entire career to date.

Dubois is a prospect - nothing more than that. Possibly nothing more than that "yet", we'll have to wait a bit to see what he proves himself to be.

WBA having rated him top ten AT ALL yet is laughable... But that's the WBA for you.
