    Instead of Stipe Miocic??! Stipe has been calling out Joshua for months. He's UFC's HW champ and would create way more interest than Alistar. A guy who's been knocked out 16 times. The last time BRUTALLY by Stipe!

    That's an ******* move by White if this fight gets made. It's obvious he doesn't care for Miocic that much.

    Because Alistair is the most well rounded striker in the HW Division.

    He'd kick AJ's Liver out. Stipe would box him, bad move. Reem would kick & knee. Therefore he'd be the better choice as Stipe just relies on his hands.

    In the Octagon I highly doubt Stipe would be that stupid. He was a D1 wrestler and has VERY good G&P. I think he would be concentrating on that.

    Why would AJ go into the Octagon???

    He will get killed under MMA rules by quite a few of the top guys.

    Who would be silly enough to trade punches with AJ when you can rush him and fight him on the ground or against the fence?

    Well his chin is a major major problem everytime he gets in the Octagon. He gets stretchered against AJ unless he goes for the takedown, even with his kicks knees...

    Overeem would find a way to get KO'd very early - embarrassing the UFC and all of MMA for that matter. Never going to happen.

    I remember the last time that the worlds best striker were supposed to make short work of him...

    LoooL!! Exactly. That's what I'm saying! A grazing right hand from Joshua and Overeems lights start to dim. BADLY. It would be the beginning of the end.

    Stipe has a MUCH better chin/brain and is just a better fighter. It's kinda obvious there's this rift between White and Miocic. It's a shame.

    I don't think this fight will happen either for what it's worth... Unless Whites superiors have truly decided that this is the route that they want to take the brand.

    Their plan was obviously for Ngannou to starch JDS and then book a fight with Miocic in the winter - early 2018. Obviously with JDS failing a test that put a huge dent in their plans.... Probably will be Ngannou/Volkov next in a title eliminator, they're probably just going to tell Werdum and Overeem to go **** themselves even though both are ranked higher and more deserving of another crack at the title.
