yeh i do mean pass in the street around inbred/francophiled london/southeast england. not viking/anglosaxon Northern (ie True) england, much better looking people there.
I actually think Lemieux is very good. He came back from the early career losses and went on a decent run where he beat Njikam as well as a few other decent names. I was never convinced Lemieux thought he could win the Golovkin fight and dont think he fought in his usual way and didnt seem to commit to his punches in the same way I feel he normally does. Still that is only my opinion and not a fact. Against Saunders I think Lemieux felt he could win
He's over rated by the same camp of people who were big Golovkin fans. They over rated several Golovkin opponents to try and make it seem like he wasn't fighting chumps.
well yeh but I hope u arent saying this champ was a chump. He was a champ, however brief and transitory.
People always overrate people with good KO ratios. Lemieux should not be allowed to fight an elite fighter, but please put him on any undercard. He's entertaining to watch against tomato cans.
I'd never call Golovkin a chump if that is what you meant. Lemieux though, at his best, was slightly above average, and as I've said many times before, he wouldn't have been one of the 10 best middleweights most years of the 90s.
Simple he is not good enough. He would need to land a miracle shot to beat the elite middlweights in the world.
