Why is Dawson ducking Cleverly?

    Instead of fighting the best competition at Light Heavy, he is going down to pick on a smaller man in Andre Ward. :patsch:tired

    Meanwhile WBO Champ Cleverly is waiting on an opponent. To be fair, it's a clever move from Dawson, because we all know what happened the last time he faced a young, strong champ at Light Heavy. He was thrashed by an off-duty Haitian policeman.:lol:

    Why did Calzaghe make a career fighting your cousins and their friends only to move out when legitimate threats became senior citizens and past it for over 5 years?

    Why is Cleverly ducking a rematch with Bellew? Why isnt he fighting Gabriell Campillo? Jean Pascal, Tavoris Cloud? BEIBUT SHUMENOV!

    Im a fellow Welshman but Cleverly needs to pull his finger out

    Dawson already has a fight scheduled this fall (against Andre Ward).

    If Cleverly fights this fall, it will likely be against Bernard Hopkins.

    He beat Bellew handily. People's views are warped on that fight by sentimentality.:deal

    Pascal and Cloud are tied up in a fight. Campillo could be a worthy opponent in time. Shumenov wants no part of Clev. :deal

    Actually, it's the other way around. Cleverly does not seem to want a part of Shumenov. Just as Shumenov does not seem to want a part of Hopkins.

    This is why I believe a Cleverly-Hopkins fight will take place before the year is out. Cleverly wants to fight Hopkins, and I know Hopkins will fight anyone, anywhere, anytime!
