not the right strategy keep him at the end of the jab. I don't think Dawson should gun for the KO however I think those body punches already affected Tarver.
Dawson said he was going to do this before the fight. It worked about as well as I thought it would. Dawson is a tough kid, and he wants us all to know he's a tough kid, but playing the cowboy isn't going to help his health.
It was better than the first fight. It's all about the styles. They have simlar ways of attacking therefore their fights are very strategic, making them rather uneventful save for when they exchanged a few punches late in the fight. Look how exciting Dawson's fight with Johnson was. A fight that needs to happen again IMO. Overall a solid showing by Dawson. Nobody not named Hopkins looks good against Tarver.
The light heavyweight division looks really bad. Besides Glen Johnson, who the hell is there for Dawson to fight?
i will agree but to agree dawson has to prove your statements they are young fighter out there like cloud which i dont think much from what i saw of and diacono who i no nothing of to say good or bad. so iwill leave it at that but from a dawson fan i do believe its time to step up to his cridits and prove himself. for for me he just wanted the win and let tarver survive.
