Why is Deontay Wilder so quite i don't like this will he drop the belt?

    Never heard from him since team povetkin won the purse bid........this does not sound good he is talking with haymon on how he can drop the belt

    I really feel Wilder will not take this fight when is he going to step up and fight someone legit like povetkin?

    I have a feeling he will vacate and say he will go after browne he is trying to look for a route to brownes title or anther title so wants to make sure before he vacates...


    Wilder vacating here will be one of the most pathetic things a boxer has done..........

    Povetkin will destroy him

    Wilder is as quiet as Povetkin. There really isn't anything for either to say while Haymon and the Russian mobster work out the details of the fight.
    I'm sure that Ryabinsky is trying to negotiate using RUSADA to do the drug testing and Haymon is asking him if he's crazy.

    I was about to launch a thread about the same. Compare Wilder's behaviour with his before the Molina, Duhaupas or Szpilka fights, not to mention Stiverne. Why the silence? Povetkin is always silent, but Wilder does not even mention Pov's name!

    I smell "injury" around early May.
