Why is Dereck Chisora getting a title shot?

We get all the K2 fights on Sky live now, so we don't need any introduction to them. The only think we need is Red Bull to stay awake during their tedious fights.

Also Del Boy will be as game as **** for this fight. He will not be hiding behind any fear and will tear into Klit. He may get sparked pretty soon but he will make it a tear up. It will be better than any of the Klits last few fights - at least Del Boy bob and weave to get into range and then will throw some big shots. He will surprise many - check out his last fight versus sam sexton - he was quick and agressive - something he always brings to the party.

Nowadays, you do not rely on TV only to watch fights. I follow the UK heavyweight scene closely. For example I have watched all Fury and Price fights.

because wlad wants an easy stay busy fight that he hopes will generate him uk name recognition.

it didn't work for chagaev so i don't see it working for wlad.

lets be honest here, wlad knows he can sell out stadiums against **** names so that is wha he is doing. vitali just did it, haye just did it, so wlad is doing it. money fights not legacy fights.

because no one in the UK would watch the fight. Chisora is a novice and a semi-pro boxer who makes a living selling cars. His best win is a shot Willams and Sam Sexton (who I am sure noone outside of the UK has heard of, he beat Irish Cab Driver Rogan who beat Audley).

Rahman, Briggs, Thompson, Ibragimov,Chagaev, Chambers, Peter and Arreola all fought the Klitschkos, all had more pedigree than Derek Chisora and they were all pretty poor. Chisora may as well have a punt..

If this is K2's idea it's a very poorly thought out one.

Also, I love the way Haye fighting Harrison was considered nothing short of a travesty but Wlad vs Chisora is a "stay busy" fight.

rahman, thompson, bragmov, chambers and chagaev never fought vitali

Chisora beat Sexton twice. The same Sexton that beat Rogan twice. The same Rogan who had 10 wins beat Harrison?????????? Harrison lost to bum fighters in Danny Williams, Rogan, Sprott.

 

When someone fights once a year it's hard to name it a 'stay busy' fight.
