Why is Don Charles referred to as Charles by Chisora, Ali Adams, Audley et al?

Great men don't steam into brawls that are nothing to do with them, Olu. The guy's a complete dickhead in public.

He did not start the brawl or throw a punch. His fighter was attacked. What was he supposed to do.

 

the fight had been stopped by Chisoras crew by the time he went for Haye.

 

He might prefer to be called Charles, infact we refer to most boxers by surname! maybe thats the link!

 

I cannot condone what happened in the press conference nor would Don Charles. That said the fighters are entitled to make a living. Lets remember we have actually seen worse.

 

Think you saw different footage to me. Charles didn't try to seperate the two, he got stuck in and made things worse. Adam Booth at least tried to pacify the situation. Charles got his jaw cracked then had the impudence to keep calling out Haye. The trainer is supposed to be the calming and fatherly influence. He is a bully just like his chum Del Boy.

 

Stand back and mind his own business. There was only one guy up there with an entourage...

 

His first name is Charles. 'Don' Charles is a term of respect. He's a great man who's in fantastic shape even at 50 years old. He could easily pass for 40, or even 39 or 38.
