When have I been wrong? Off the top of your head? You are just insanely biased because Pavlik is White, American and of Eastern European heritage. You being a self confessed racist who is white, American and of Eastern European heritage he is like your dream come true. I don't even like Calzaghe but can see he would whip Pavlik. I don't like PBF and I am a big Hatton fan, but I predicted a late TKO win for PBF because it was pretty ****ing obvious.
Do your research before you start running off at the keyboard. Pavlik has fought from 147-170, and all points in between. He has fought above the middleweight limit 13 times. All together he has spent more than one-third of his career fighting at weights OTHER THAN 160. Just the facts pal! Boo
His only legitimate opponent at 160 at this moment is Abraham. If he does not fight AA, he should move to 168.
Come on. Dont call a guy who currently fight at 160 - who havent met anyone remotely elite at either 168/175 for the man. Respect him for his heart and for what he did at 160, I too would like to see him at 168 soon, but dont be ridiculous.
Personally, I think it's just the opposite of that, high risk/ low reward. The chances of someone getting KO'd is a lot higher than the average and if Kelly should happen to lose, people will just say he was over-rated.
Everbody and their cousin has been calling Pavlik out because his star is on the rise, and most people underestimate him BADLY. Let's not forget MANY of the most knowlegable posters on ESB picked Miranda to starch Pavlik early or at least by mid-rounds. The same thing happened with Taylor. The majority picked Taylor to win a UD. Many said JT would box circles around Kelly. Some acted as if it wouldn't even be competetive. Before the rematch there were still throngs of doubters, and many who acted as if Kelly just got lucky in the first fight. Bronco Mckart challenged Kelly for the NABF title because he thought that was the EASIEST way to get back on top! Emmauel Steward thought Pavlik/Taylor-I would only be competetive for 2 rounds, and then still had Andy Lee beating Kelly by the end of this year. All the Irish boys had Duddy winning by KO for christ's sake! Kelly is easily one of the most under-rated fighters in the world today, and he has been throughout his career. I hope these trends continue. It makes beig a Pavlik fan a lot of FUN! Boo
Yeah. We need him to get back in the ring soon at 168 and we can see what he has. The 168 crowd has long contended he can't contend at that weight. We shall see.....
