Against a JrWW who's previous foray into the WW division clearly showed he had no business fighting at that weight.

Did you see the fight he won his title at? Do you watch fights, or just look at results. ALso, did you see how successful Shane was against Collazo compared to how bad Hatton was?

WHat I, and some others want, is for Floyd to fight one of the top WW's in the division. Not one who was the top man right below, or one who's fighting above WW and not evn beating top guys there.

Thats' because Hatton didn't really focus on his camp the way he was supposed to. He said he had to much burgers and beer, but that all changed when he came back up to face Floyd.

Don't give me that BS kid. :patsch You'll buy any song and dance if it suits your point.

Collazo's a lower top ten WW at best. He was very close to beating Hatton.

No, if he was lower class Top 10 he wouldn't have won a title. At his best, he's a TOP 5 WW IMO. Collazo I'm refering to.

Please don't try to make a rule about about lower top ten guys and their ability to win a title. There are at least 4 titles in each division guys go after. You think only the top 4 guys ever win them? :huh

If he's top 5, where do guys like Cintron, Williams, Cotto, Mosley, Mayweather, or Margarito rank? That's 6 guys already whoshoudl be ranked according over Collazo. Hell, Hatton must be top 5 too, if he beat Collazo right?

I don't understand it either. Do they WANT Floyd on the shelf till next September?

I think the Mayweather fanboys care more about his bank account then his actual fights.

:thinkWhich is awfully strange as they will never see a cent of it. They really take "riding coattails" to a whole new level.

I think Collazo is better than Cintron and Margarito at his best. Just my opinion though.

I'm still baffled why everyone still assumes that Cotto has been taking the "bigger risks". Maybe perceived risks, but that's because Cotto is seen as more beatable than Floyd Mayweather. For example, I lot of people I talk to mention Judah being a risky and great fight for Cotto, but don't acknowledge Mayweather with the same win. IMO, I think that's because more people expected Mayweather to defeat Judah easily than Cotto to beat Judah. Thus, Cotto took the bigger risk just because Zab was seen as more challenging to him than to Mayweather. Just my opinion though.

Also, I think Floyd should get some credit for the 1st DLH fight simply because it took place at 154, in a small ring, and with Reyes gloves. Mayweather conceded all of the intangibles to DLH, so just for that, I believe he should be given a little credit for the fight. Plus, we all knew it was a chance that DLH could've somehow landed that left hook and knock Floyd's ass out.
