I agree with the first sentence. Everything else, i disagree.

First off, Guzman looked FAST and GREAT the first two rounds. He was landing crisp, hard shots. But Funeka is a slow starter as it takes him a couple of rounds to find his range but once he does, he uses his height well and starts going to work. That's exactly what he did in this fight. And Guzman had no answer. The height differential was too much.

Funeka would give ANY LHW hell given his height and decent skills.

well i thought it was a robbery but i agree that people are making a bigger deal out of it than usual probably because he is linked to Mayweather through having been trained by Floyd sr.

well i don't think people is making a big deal because floyd, but because he got robbed...i asked 25 different people who watched the fight(cousins, friends, brothers, coworkers, etc)and not one,not a single one gave the fight to guzman, and a lot of people were saying the first t2 rounds, that guzman was back because he was fast as ever, didnt you see his face, like he was mocking funeka?

Initially when i watched the fight, i thought funeka clearly won. But after I re-watched the fight... guzman took most of the early rounds or some of them could've went either way, so i guess i can see how they called this fight a draw.

Guzmans a top 5 P4P fighter when he's at his best IMO, he's a class act in the ring. I would have picked Guzman to beat Manny at 135 if the fight would've taken place 2 years ago

I've not seen the Guzman-Funeka fight, but there's no way the fully fit Guzman I know and love would have lost to Funeka

    Man....

IT was the same mother ****in Guzman as it always was...

The guy is a great boxer, but he lacks power. And he went up against a guy who's taller and has an excellent jab who he was unable to hurt.

And man ****, this post sounds like the guy behind it is in third grade or some ****.

This is just some dumb ****.

The same supposedly FULLY fit Guzman had no ****in power, and would have to fight AGGRESSIVELY against Funeka who is way taller and has solid boxing skills along with an EXCELLENT Jab.

Some of ya'll just don't get boxin.

Get off a mother ****er's dick.

    Ya'll are soundin gay.

    Holy ****.

You're over here dick ridin the **** outta this mother ****er and don't even know how to dick ride right.

First you say that Guzman looked like ****, and then you say he was easily able to get through to Funeka and tag him.

He could get through cuz Guzman is very skilled and knows how to fight both defensively and aggressively. He's a great fighter, no doubt.

BUT HE LACKS POWER. And it was a bad style matchup either way.

So when you can't hurt your man, and you gotta get to the inside land anything, and he has a significant height and reach advantage with an EXCELLENT and FAST jab, you're in a world of pain.

    Learn about boxin...

Guzman came out in the first 2 rounds agressive and amazing. I saw Funeka had no answer and I started laughing and saying wow Funeka sucks. Then round 3 was competitive and I started to wonder if Guzman had the gas tank at 135 to do his mobile in and out strategy while winging bombs for 12 rounds. Sure enough by round 5 he seemed tired and pretty out gunned. Funeka did not let him in and if he did Guzman did not take much advantage. I do not know if Guzman looked good early cause Funeka is a slow starter which he showed against Campbell or if Guzman just tired which he looked tired. I still have alot of question marks for Funeka because what if he fights a guy who can do what Guzman did just for 12 rounds instead of 2
