Why is everyone so upset at the prospect of a Pac-Margarito fight???

Pacquiao will clean Margarito's clock. Won't be competitive.

 

Because Margarito doesn't deserve to be in the ring anymore

Maragrito isn't the type of fighter who would catch PAC with something he doesn't see coming. Without the plaster , I doubt Margarito's abiltity to hurt anyone like he used to, little lone pacman..

If it's true that PAC plans on only 1 more fight , then it should be against Mayweather

Because the only fight for Floyd and Pac that makes sense right now is against each other. You said it yourself, people want to know who the best is. It's like wanting to watch a lion fight a tiger. If the tiger fights a crocodile instead people are like "yeah that's alright but I wanna see that mother****er against the lion to see who the king of the jungle is"

Plus Marg's been out of the ring for so long, he got destroyed by Shane which takes a lot of the shine off him. People think he was carrying bricks in the Cotto fight and previous fights, and that without bricks he's nothing. Add to that the layoff and Pac becomes a heavy favourite and people don't like fights like that. I wanna see a fight where it's a 50/50 thing.

It could be a good fight but it's unlikely. What is most likely to happen is that Pac gets a very easy UD. These dudes have been blowing away everyone they fight because they're so far ahead of the pack. Their fights aren't even competetive anymore so all that's left is for them to fight each other. You can't hype it up anymore because the demand to see them fight is huge. Anything else is just an anti-climax.

+1, Pac is ****ing scared to draw blood and Arum has to make a fight happen some how. Margacheato is the only available option. Pac didn't want any part of Mosley, so no way does he get in the ring with Williams or Martinez.
