Why is everyone so upset at the prospect of a Pac-Margarito fight???

Yeah but you were talking about what you want to see (outside of Pac-Floyd), not about what is actually going to happen. What's going to occur is a disgrace to Boxing and we shouldn't give Arum any type of credit or even come close to suggesting it. Hell, as crazy as it sounds I'd rather see Gamboa against Pac than Margarito. That's obviously bananas and would never happen but I'd rather see that then give Margarito a chance at a huge mega fight. I'm definitely not paying for it when or if it happens.

Pac needs to speak up. Arum is his partner but it's not like Pac has no say. Williams has been calling Pac out and he needs to respond. When you say you will fight anyone don't be mad at me for taking you seriously.

 

Hey i just read in another thread somebody suggesting Pac vs Margo and Floyd vs Martinez. The first thing you said was How come Paul is getting left out again or something to that nature. I am in no way attacking you i am just saying it makes no sense but a money making thing to match up Margo vs Pac just like the clottey fight. It's time for May vs Pac to happen simple as that.

I know. Another nice win for Paul and he's due for it. He needs to come down to 147 and fight Mosley ASAP (assuming Shane wants another fight). He beats up Mosley, Pac/May winner will HAVE to take him on.

 

It isn't that a Marg fight isn't wanted. It is just BS given the circumstances. It is just more circumstantial evidence Pac is cheating.

I won't pay, but I will watch it.

Off topic, and I asked u before but donno if you responded right after the cintron fight. What is it you do for paul, like are u just his bud, or do u work for him etc.

 

I have nothing against this fight except that I would prefer if Pac vs PBF happens first and it pisses me off big time. Margarito's fights are good, I was/am a fan (undecided, I think the details of what exactly was in Marg's wraps were not given).

Anyway, I have nothing against this fight, just like I have nothing against Marg vs PBF and have always said it. But still, I don't want this now, PBF vs Pac has to happen now, or their abilities will diminsh more on more and get further away from their primes.

 

:good bad ass, been a fan of his since the winky fight (I didn't get into boxing till hatton mayweather). Next to floyd he's my fav to watch, and felt bad for him last weekend. After waiting so long for an opponent, to have such a non-contest and kermit the ***** crying foul surely won't help him get the fight he deserves.

 

If Pac-Floyd can't happen, I'd like to see this fight. Margarito doesn't deserve the money or the opportunity, but I'm not the karma police, I'm a boxing fan and I think this fight would deliver some fun.

 

Very well said!! Floyd and Pac aren't the only boxers in the world but sometimes it feels like on this forum. Yes a Pac vs. Floyd will be huge don't get me wrong. But also a Williams vs. Martinez will good.
