Why is Floyd soo afraid to be hit?

Floyd has perfected The Rope A Dope. If you remember when Ali beat Foreman he used The Rope A Dope. All they do is lean way back on the rope block punches and when they lean way back you cant get any leverage on your punches. Look at Ali and Floyd when they do it, quite similar.Ali would keep both gloves up to his face, where Floyd keeps his right hand tucked tight next to his ear.:bbb

The second option is dumb because he's had 40 fights been hit in EVERYONE of them and it hasnt discouraged him he's been rocked pretty good in a couple so i dont think you can say he's scared.

The first option i can understand the second option just doesnt make sense...NOBODY wants to be hit....NOBODY.

 

He clearly means the second option. He thinks Floyd should take more punches, willingly, for some reason. That reason might be that he's not so bright.
