Neither Frampton nor Quigg want anything to do with Rigondeaux! Yet, if Frampton beats Kiko again, both Carl and Scott will be calling themselves "World Champions"!!

To call yourself "World Champion" when there is a guy in your weight class who you have no intention of fighting must be embarrassing to them!!!

****ing Frampton even has the cheek to call himself "The Jackal" when that is Rigondeaux's nickname ffs!!!:patsch

Frampton and Quigg are excellent fighters, with a 55/45 edge to Frampton, (imo, especially since Quigg has regressed under Jolly Joe's guidance) but the truth is, they should be fighting each other for the European title!!

I don't remember Frampton ducking Santa Cruz? He is desperate for a (proper) belt as quickly as possible (outside of Rigo) and as Martinez has signed they are not going WBC route for that reason only.

Ref the Quigg/Frampton fight not happening its because Joe Gallagher doesn't want it. That is common knowledge in boxing.

Tell me what was wrong with my post?

Galahad clearly doesn't deserve to face either.

I think you can make an argument for Galahad v Quigg happening now. It just shouldn't be for a world title. Scotts belt is sadly currently worthless.

Quigg v Frampton isn't happening because Frampton team doesn't want it, Listen to Eddie Hearn!

Also why would Quiggy fight Galahad the now, wait to Galahad achieves something , Big fights dont happen with channel 5 boxers ffs.

Quigg will happily be challenging for EBU titles soon after Frampton stops him when they hopefully box in december. Also who else has Quigg beaten who is that much better than Galahad? Plus Hearn is always spouting off about 'domestic fights' so they should get it on. I really hope they get him someone decent on 13th September, but Im not confident.

clear as mud. let's see who quigg fights next instead.
winning british, commonwealth and european titles is achieving nothing? the kid's on his way up. quigg woulda had his highest viewing figures on terrestrial against a decent opponent, instead he'll fight god knows who on sky.

you're talking as much **** as your namesake.

Yet DeGale left terrestrial TV for Sky? What does that tell you.

given i'm not suggesting quigg leave his promoter, absolutely nothing. are you denying a fight in front of a terrestrial audience would boost his profile? sky boxing could view it as a free hour long advert for their brand on terrestrial, unless they have no faith in their man.

besides, didn't you made a song and dance about sky not having a stable?

Apparently joe Gallagher refused the Agbeko fight for Quigg...presumably joe assessed him as being to tough..so whichever plum they end up booking for the gig we can apportion some of the blame to joe and not only fast car
