I did not say P4P I said PPV as in pay per view though Tank is becoming P4P champ. I think he will take them all on it’s a process being implemented by PBC, Mayweather Promotions and Floyd.
LSC had looked like crap in his last fight against another 126lber moving up to fight for his made-up vacant 130lbs title. Miguel Flores I believe it was. Anyways, he looked crap against Flores, dropped multiple rounds. He didn't look up to snuff at 130lbs and I remember posters here saying he loses his next big fight if they're a legit 130lber or more. Hell he ducked GRJ for years, no one took LSC seriously going into this. It'd have required Tank to have the worst night of his life to lose.
My bad misread it.. But he isn't a PPV star in the making either.. He's fast n has power but that's not enough either.. You need a personality... Like Hamed or to be unbelievably unlikeable to the point people want to see you lose.... I don't dislike him but he's simple as ****... And has zero charisma.. That won't crossover
Lomachenko was over protected? The same Lomachenko who was a multi weight champion and unified champion at 135lbs? The same guy?
Man, it i would be a travesty if he beat Lomachenko. It would be like saying it's OK to be illiterate and semi-ret*rded as long as you can punch.
Exactly. If all it took was power and skill, Shane Mosely would have become a mainstream boxing star. Especially after beating DLH in their first bout. But he wasn't very articulate w/ the press, nor was he charismatic at all. Think Gary Russell Jr at this stage. Even Floyd had to become a WWE Villain and beat up women just to get fans to tune in, in hopes he lost.
They were protecting the other fighters from him. He is a monster. Now he's been let loose, appropriately on Halloween. Lets see who wants some now.
Why is Tank avoiding him when they were in different divisions. If Loma wants that work he can get it. Of course no one wants to deal with Bob Arum and we are the A/side.
Well he is selling out big crowds and is big box office hit. He has now had his first PPV on Showtime.
Proof is in the pudding why take a bull**** WBC Franchise title which is like putting a fighter under witness protection and protective custody.
