Why is Gloves and Ring Size only an issue When Mayweather Fighting?

    It's been a lot of fights in recent weeks and I haven't seen one thread of anyone complaining about weight, ring size or glove brand. Only when Floyd is fighting do you guys even notice weight, ring size, glove brand, or drug testing. Nobody seemed to care that Crawford was smaller than Dulhorme, or that Ruslan and Mattyse wore Everlast. Or that Chavez Jr. rehdrates to cruiserweight. For some of you these things only seem to matter when Floyd is fighting, why is that?

    Because Floyd is very important to haters and admirers alike. Everything he does in boxing is under a microscope of all. The minute he retires people will be bored into misery without a polarizing figure in boxing to obsess over, whether they think he is good or bad.

    All these fights lately and not one thread about gloves, ring, location, weight, age, drug testing, USADA, VADA, etc...but on May 2nd all these things will be so important to the average fan on this forum.

    maidana is the only Floyd opponent who was caught with suspicious gloves ... so how many times has floyd actually forced his opponents to wear different gloves? You say OPPONENTS. Name all of them.

    Chino basically gets caught trying to cheat, he should be happy that's all Floyd made him do is change gloves. But of course one means all to a certain type of fan

    Really, as a Floyd fan the gloves, ring size, age of the fighters, weights, number of times tested, mean nothing to me. As a matter of fact these will be your excuses when Pac gets drilled on May 2nd

    Cheats on the scale like Pac did against Torrecampo FOR A TITLE then gets KOd?

    And Pac who has been under PED CHEAT Fortune since 2001 with a small break to cycle off with Ariza then back with Fortune? Everyone's been focusing on Ariza when he's just a small fish. Think about it, Pac was getting KTFO by the Torrecampos and Singsurats. Wasn't good enough for the Olympic team. Then he starts working with PED CHEAT Fortune and he all of the sudden gets better?

    PAC made a big deal about weight in his fights and there's video of Freddie talking about bringing fighters down from their natural weight to get an advantage. Usually the A side determines a lot of these things and the B side accepts. I bet you didn't know Morales made a lot of opponents where a certain type of brand I think it was "winning" so that fighters couldn't punch as hard but you don't see people b*tching about it do you? Let's just enjoy the fight plus Manny is wearing Reyes isn't he?

    I'm not talking about history, I'm referring to all the recent fights of late. No one is complaining about the negotiations of any other fight but when Floyd fights every agreement between the fighters is a crime to his haters.
